GrandPoint Consulting Group uses the information you provide through our consultation booking page to respond to your inquiry, arrange your appointment, and communicate about that appointment.

Information you provide

The booking form may ask for your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you choose to share. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment details, or sensitive medical information in the notes field.

How bookings work

The booking page is provided through our scheduling service, GoHighLevel. Information you enter is transmitted to that service so we can manage appointments and send related messages. The scheduling service may use technical data, such as cookies, to operate its booking page.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about the information you submitted or request a correction. Appointment messages are related to your booking; any separate marketing messages require their own applicable consent.
